F.O.R.C.E. - Our high intensity signature course will focus on reducing criminal encounters for our students. This course will provide effective self-defense tactics to women in response to an attempted assault, rape or abduction. By providing students with options, panic can be replaced by a plan, allowing for effective defensive tactics and an improved outcome. Students will have the opportunity to experience simulated abduction/attack scenarios and will be able to deploy applicable techniques for escape. This course is a compilation of the most effective defensive tactics for women and will teach you how to attack your attacker. The FORCE program is unique, fun, challenging and empowering.
